This Privacy Policy explains how About Intelligence Inc. ("About Intelligence," "Soku," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information through the Soku websites, applications, agents, integrations, and related services (the "Service"). Soku is a product name; About Intelligence Inc. operates the Service.

Information we process

We may process account and contact information; content and data you submit, generate, upload, or connect to the Service; outputs and workflow activity produced through the Service; authentication and connection information; technical, security, billing, and usage information; support communications; and website and cookie data. Depending on the features you use, connected content may include advertising, analytics, CRM, commerce, email, or document data.

We refer to content and data submitted, generated, uploaded, connected, or made available through the Service for a customer as Customer Data.

We receive information from you, authorized users, connected services, and service providers. Where a connection uses OAuth or partner authorization, Soku does not require the source-account password.

How we use information

We may use information to provide, operate, support, troubleshoot, secure, and bill for the Service; connect systems you select; generate requested outputs; perform authorized agent and tool actions; operate customer-specific memory, retrieval, workflows, and evaluations; communicate with you; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law and agreements; and develop and improve Soku as described below.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

How we improve Soku

Unless an Order states otherwise, a direct-customer Organization uses Standard. Under Standard, Soku may use eligible Customer Data, directly or through service providers acting on Soku's behalf, to develop and improve Soku, including training and evaluating models, agents, and product features intended for use across Organizations. Eligible data may include prompts, connected data, outputs, feedback, and workflow activity.

Soku does not use data for this purpose where prohibited by an applicable Order, law, or platform rule. Any written No-Training commitment applies as stated in the applicable Order. For Agency-managed end-client Organizations, the applicable data-use option and the Agency's authority are governed by the Order or Agency Addendum.

Providers, disclosures, and Google Workspace data

We use service providers to host, operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. We may disclose information to authorized users; service providers acting for permitted purposes; advisers and transaction counterparties subject to confidentiality obligations; at your direction; or where reasonably required by law, safety, security, or a corporate transaction. Providers and processing locations may change.

The use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Soku's policy prohibits using Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized or cross-customer AI or machine-learning models. Such data may be used only to provide or improve the approved user-facing feature, including a model personalized only to the specific user where permitted by Google's policy. Human access is limited to circumstances permitted by that policy.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the information, contractual commitments, and legal requirements. Disconnecting an account stops future access through that authorization; information already processed is handled under this Policy and any applicable Order.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is completely secure.

About Intelligence Inc. is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies, rights, children, and changes

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, delivery, and preferences. With the choices available through Cookie Settings, we also use optional analytics and advertising technologies to measure use and campaigns. Their providers may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or online services, as described in Cookie Settings. The website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. We may verify identity and authority and apply legal exceptions. If Soku processes the information for a business customer, that customer may be responsible for the request and Soku will assist as required.

The Service is intended for business users, and account holders must meet the eligibility age in our Terms. It is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this Policy and will post a new Last Updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate. This Policy applies from its Effective Date. For an Organization, new Standard improvement rights described in this Policy apply from the later of that date and the Organization's affirmative acceptance. After that time, Standard applies to eligible Customer Data then held by Soku or later received, subject to any applicable Order and the exclusions described in this Policy and the Terms. This Policy does not change the legal characterization of processing completed before that time. Nothing in this Policy narrows rights validly granted under an earlier policy, Order, or agreement.
